Turnaround Times

All orders ship in 1-7 business days starting the Next Business Day after the order is placed. 

We make it our mission to ensure that all orders are processed and shipped out in 1-7 business days. However Expedited Shipping Orders are always prioritized.

We deliver to the United States.

Please allow some extra time for unforeseen delays. We will make every effort to ensure you receive your package on time, but we are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages which can be affected by the shipping carrier, delivery destination, weather, holidays, or incorrect/incomplete shipping address information.

Contact us with any shipping related issues and we'll do our best to resolve them as quickly as possible.

Tracking Numbers

Your tracking number will be provided to you by email once your item(s) have been shipped. Please allow 1-3 business days for the shipping company to activate/update your tracking number. If you do not receive your tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us at sales@dezertgraphicworx.com with your name, email, and order number.
